Leeza Charles is a dynamic youth leader and sustainability advocate from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. As the cofounder of Youth Engaged in Agriculture and Rural Networking (YEARN), she empowers young people to adopt innovative agricultural practices that drive economic growth and enhance environmental resilience. With a diverse background that includes serving as Operations Supervisor at JFK Terminal 4 at just 20, mechanical engineering, and founding Arubana Retreat, a luxury eco tourism venture, Leeza brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial vision to her work. Her commitment to transforming communities through education, sustainable development, and environmental stewardship continues to inspire a new generation of eco conscious leaders.
