As the founder of Pinnacle Services, a leading catering and event planning company, and co-manager of Pinchers Hardware, Elizabeth has developed expertise in logistics, operations, and strategic planning. Her background as an auditor at Pannell Kerr Forster and her leadership of the Small Business Division of the Chamber of Commerce in St. Vincent for over six years have further strengthened her business acumen and community development focus.

With over 10 years of hands-on farming experience, Elizabeth has a deep passion for sustainable agriculture and empowering others to succeed in this field. As an Advisor for the YEARN Foundation, she combines her knowledge in business development, logistics, and agriculture to mentor and support youth farmers in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Elizabeth is dedicated to helping young farmers build successful, sustainable agricultural businesses, using her skills to foster growth and innovation in the local agricultural community.
